Hi Always wanted to give feedback. We encountered problems which were finally resolved as they reimbursed part of the money we had paid for our counter. We bought a countertop which was sold as a granite countertop. It was installed. The installer told me it was sealed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. It was supposed to be sealed as written on our contract. They came back to get rid of the spots .Unfortunately, this made it worse. They did apply the scellant at that time. After my readings, I discovered that the countertop was not granite , it was a marble countertop. It is now very easy for me now to distinguish between granite vs marble countertop. It's very easy to test to see if it was sealed. I'm so surprised that this happened considering that they are suppliers and installers of countertop. It's should be basic knowledge for them . I.e granite vs marble, sealed vs not sealed. We decided to keep our countertop and have it fixed by another company. It's a beautiful counter.
