Tonight I was at the Northside Superstore and it was very sad to see that there were only 2 cashiers working and of course the self serve. It took me 30 minutes to advance a very long line of people to get to a cashier. I felt I had too many things to use the self serve. This was about 5:30 PM and everyone waiting could not understand why only 2 cashiers for a very popular large store. I applaud the cashiers as they were very quickly serving these many customers and still had a smile (from what can imagine behind a mask) and did their jobs as proffessionals. I just feel someone in management should know that this is truly unacceptable and causes stress to your customers and (although they didn't appear to show it) your valued employees.
