Have worked with reliable flaggers and not one is competent at their job. Do not do JHAs, do not know how to single lane, do not know the importance of safety. When 2 or more of these tcps are on one site they will single one out and yes I've seen them get 3 people fired by doing this. No one is on the same page when it comes.to relaie flaggers.
