I keep receiving emails that my e-transfer has not been sent. It has been sent and received. I put my order number in the message as requested. I have even been sent a final notice to send payment. I have emailed repeatedly but have not received a response, so as other people say, customer service is nonexistent. All I want is either my money back, or send my order.

I am having the same problem. I put in an order on may 31st and transferred the money and received the same final notices. I have been emailing them with no response

Behite - They claim my order has been shipped and I am supposed to receive it by June 13th. I will post if I get it.

Ordered May 12, and received 2 days of no payment received, even though I sent screen shots. Got that resolved. June 4, finally an email with tracking #. The tracking number was for an order that was delivered May 16 to somewhere in Alberta. Asked for new tracking info, no response. June 5 had an email, apology for the delay. Have asked for tracking info June 5 to today, no response, and still no order!

I'm pretty sure this is fraudulent. I've been waiting 6 weeks and only received multiple emails saying out of stock. I've asked them to substitute with anything. I don't receive any actual customer support. I needed them for a memorial.

I had the same issue as soon as I requested money back on my bank app they finally sent my order but I see the website is no longer active right now otherwise I use to get from them all the time with no issues
