Dr Janda was to put a chest tube into my mom to drain the pleural fluid around her lung. He showed up late, seemed annoyed, appeared rushed and unorganized and didn't know where the equipment was. He then inserted the tube through my mom's pulmonary artery, which caused her a great deal of pain and anxiety. The tube could not be removed because there was a high chance the surgery could kill her. After meeting with "Dr" Janda, he seemed clinical and not very sympathetic. She then passed away within 2 weeks of the surgery. We aren't sure whether his negligence directly caused our mom's death (under investigation) but it definitely made the last 2 weeks of her a living hell.. Horribly unprofessional and totally arrogant
