DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I dropped something off to be engraved and when I went to pick it up the next day it was quite obviously engraved crooked. The writing was on a slant and the manager gave me some excuse about the limitations of their equipment. If they didn't have the equipment to be able to properly engrave my item I should have been informed when I dropped it off, not AFTER it was engraved. The manager also refused to refund my money and quite clearly couldn't have cared less about how disappointed I was with the job they did. Obviously he cared more about keeping the money for the cost of the engraving than keeping the business of a repeat customer. I will never return to this location again; their service is of very poor quality and their customer service is even worse!
