Right now this building is infested with bed bugs which spread to ours from a neighbor who just moved out. We have lost hundreds of dollars in furniture, kids toys and clothing because of this and the apartments take no responsibility. They will only have the apartment sprayed with chemicals that the bugs are obviously immune to because it didn't kill any of them. We are leaving and finding a cleaner place to live. The roaches aren't much appreciated either. In addition, you have to buy space heaters because the heating is none existent in this building. After researching other extermination companies - you MUST use heat treatment to kill bed bugs. They won't pay for it... We're outta there...
