Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value 5 Stars! But...I believe he deserves 6! New laminate flooring put in the house. Talk about going the extra mile! WOW! Friendly, prompt, wants to make sure he's 100% correct at what he's doing or he will not do it. So, he's here to do the job right and efficiently. I can see he's honest and really puts himself into the job loving what he does. I'm also self employed, so that kind of enthusiasm is work ethic is a breath of fresh air! Our floors look fabulous!!
