I have repeated orders delivered incomplete. I am unable to remedy the problem. Waste of money. High degree of frustration. Inability to communicate with them. Physically impossible to get hold of them. You can phone as often as you want. Have wrung up the phone in my ear. They will not respond to emails. Ill mannered delivery staff. Far too often partially defrosted food such as meat which I will not eat. Fruit and vegetables of really poor quality. Discoloured. Not the freshest. I have stopped ordering those. I can not list all the issues. The food is pricey as expected for organic food. Fine. But the quality of service and product is poor. There are other organic store options use those.
