We chose the tiles for our bathroom renovation at Nufloors Vernon. These tiles had a manufacturing defect, which was noticed after the job was completed. The manufacturer sent a rep out to examine the tiles and take photos of the flaw. He later confirmed that this defect was present in a certain lot. Our job was completed in the fall of 2014. We are still waiting for Nufloors Vernon to replace the tile, or settle monetarily. We were assured, by Nufloors, that they would take care the problem to our satisfaction. It is now July 2015 and Nufloors has still not done so. We have phoned endless times, without results. We have future renos planned, but will not be making our product choices at Nufloors. It has been a very disappointing experience. I would like to say that the tiler who did the work did an amazing job. It is the customer service that is lacking. Dealing with Nufloors Vernon has been a very frustrating experience.
