Tweens only allowed to prep food. All other aspects of cooking were demonstrated. No actual cooking allowed for participants such as placing in cookware, hot elements, mixing, doing dishes. Very dull as instructors do everything and tweens WATCH. Overcrowded and a MONEY GRAB. Management not receptive to feedback. Over 24 tweens in overcrowded classroom, treated like small children. Very inappropriate unless you want your tween babysat for the day rather than actually learning to cook and practising all aspects of cooking not just watching someone else do it! A complete waste of money!
