We have not been notified when Purolator receives a parcel for us. Living an hour away from the Purolator location, and not knowing when the parcel was sent to us, our parcel was returned. They sent it to us a second time, and I just received an email that said it had been there since Tuesday (4 days) and we still had no idea it was there. I am guessing it would soon have been returned for the second time. This is not good service--I wish there were another system we could use.
