"I was referred to this dental corporation by my dentist in Valleyview, AB, as he did not have the necessary equipment to perform a root canal on the molar in my left lower jaw. The work was done in Edmonton, June, 2019. Recently, this tooth broke and my current dentist discovered that a root canal had been done on this tooth 4 years ago, which I recalled was done by one of your dentists, The cotton was still in the tooth, along with quite a bit of infection. I was not told that this was only a temporary fix and a second visit to remove the cotton and install a permanent filing was required. This shows how a patient falls through the cracks. Your dentist did a great job with the root canal and I have no complaints with him, other than the fact that neither he nor my local dentist at the time informed me that a second visit was absolutely necessary to complete the procedure. A BIG oversight!
