In July i took my daughter's wedding dress for alteration. We asked for the dress in the third week of september and was told that it would be done before that. We bought the beading, lace and materials needed to do the work. We called several times to see how the dress was coming along, only to be given excuses after excuses. We went a few times and the work was not close to finished. Some alteration was done, but not professional. We were not pleased with the result, the bead work was not done. She kept making promises to finished the work the next week. Every time we went she would add more and more money for work to be done. Her original price was $700. We did not know that she was over charging us. On |September 27, we went to see how close she was to finish, the dress was the same as we left it the last visit, with some minor changes. We were frustrated. We asked for the dress, but she would not release it. She asked for $1000. She was rude and told us we are wasting her time and causing her to have a late lunch. After two hours we were able to get the dress. We had to give her $500. as she refused to hand over the dress. The dress was incomplete. We bought beading, material and lace to complete the dress, its was not returned to us. We got the dress after paying 500.00, but now we have to pay to get it again. We just have two week before the wedding and the dress is not ready. THis person should not be in business as she is very, greedy, cheating & lying
