Worst filler experience for the most money! When I arrived I told Kelly what my concerns were and showed her. She did FaceTime with a colleague who also looked at the area on the left side of my face that needed filler. The right side did not have the same concerns (wrinkles). We all agreed on Juvederm. I mentioned to both of them that I wanted it on the left side only. As the right side was fine. The colleague said “oh no, you need to have it on both sides to balance the face.” Unfortunately I went along with her even though I did not agree. But had hopes that it would give the results I had hoped for. It did not. Almost no improvement. If they had listened to me I feel the results would have been better. I went back 3 weeks later to discuss it with Denise. She told me there must have been a misunderstanding between Kelly and I and that part of the face was very difficult to fix with filler. There was no misunderstanding. I was VERY clear! If Kelly had told me that, rather than just do the filler I would not have been out $1500! I will spread the word on this clinic!
