Dealing with this company was an exercise in frustration! And expensive. Four years ago they installed all the plumbing in our new house and we had leaks and issues with most of the installations. After 4 years of constantly calling someone out - not Orchard. He came once because he had forgotten to install part of the unit - to fix our newly installed hot water on demand, we finally had it ripped out and another one installed. That cost us almost $5000.00!! The last time we called him to fix the unit he'd installed, he told us he was too busy and to call someone else. Very difficult to even get ahold of him as he rarely answered our calls. Would NEVER use them again!
