I went to Dr. Thong Hochanh dental clinic on April 20, 2022 for an emergency tooth extraction and had a terrible experience. This dentist used Dental freezing (Anesthesia) 5 times in my gum for a single tooth extraction and used immense force for the extraction. After the procedure, I lost my vision for over 30 minutes, I was numb and the bleeding continued for 4 hours. This meant that I couldn't go home alone; it was my friend who had to drive me home. He forced me go out of the clinic after taking his fees, giving a prescription, and locked the clinic door and I was waiting outside the clinic till my friend arrived. He is very poor in communication, or didn’t wanted to talk with me then and very rude in behavior. It is a terrible experience that no one should have. Dentist Dr. Thong Hochanh even deserve a star
