I bought a 1000watt dimmer and my client complained that it was heating up so much so after 4 days that i bought it I tried to return it but they wont give me a refund or even a credit for the defective item. The sales guy said that it has to be returned within 24 hours. I was shocked by their policy. I have been buying our electrical supplies from them and I just found out that they cannot be returned. Buyers beware!!!
