Terrible. Pests (roaches and mice in my building, bedbugs in the next one over), super thin walls, everything breaks all the time, shower constantly goes between super hot and ice cold, very very cold in winter and electrical heaters aren't permitted. I have to hear my place with candles and turning the oven on with the door open.
