I paid for the premium car wash but the system stopped before fully completing and cleaning my vehicle, when I approached the attendants I was told that I had to now pay to hand wash my vehicle with not credits or refund for an uncompleted vehicle wash. extremely disappointed and I will never return to this business and I advise everyone else to avoid. If you have a problem they will not make it right so I am now contacting my credit card.
