Ever since I bought the 1 year membership from there, I got many people commenting on how buff I look (even though I'm not exactly Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson level yet). The good news is that I don't really have a dad bod, so I'm definitely not one cheeseburger away from having a heart attack. Although doing the Burpees Challenge might be my one way ticket to the hospital (it's that hard!), I can definitely say that it helps me keep track of my fitness progress because it's not every day I can attend classes (I have a life, you know).
