This guy is really bad, impolite and arrogant. He would charge for things he did not do in the car. I fell in that trap last month (November 2010). He was going to charge me $1700 and when i changed my mind he punished me by charging me $360 for inspection. I will report him to consumer protection and he might get a call from my lawyer too. He became very rude and arrogant when he figured that i was not going to fall in his trap. I went somewhere else and did the work for less than half of his price and people were so nice. Please do not fall for this guy. It is time to stop people like him.
