I have been going to iLoveKickboxing since November 2017, and so far my experience has been great. No two classes are exactly the same, and the staff put in a lot of energy and enthusiasm into each one. I definitely feel more confident in my abilities to both kick and punch people :) It's an excellent place to get out your frustrations (just picture kicking someone you don't like, hehe). I highly recommend adding this to your workout routine if you want to mix things up, want something fun, exciting, and challenging!
