I wish i could give 0 stars. Yes plan bought out my original finance company who were amazing. Yes plan...no plan is more like it. 0 customer service. Ive paid my loan off early just to be rid of them. Taken out my new loans with scotia bank and they have been amazing. Btw paid off yes auto back in oct and its still on my credit report and still cant get anyone to send a simple letter confirming ive paid them off. Cant even get a real person on the phone..do not use them. Find any other company to help you but this one
