I Love Kickboxing Vancouver is hands down the best workout. The atmosphere is contagious. The staff are amazing, knowledgable, kind, supportive, motivating, friendly, and approachable. It's by far the cleanest gym I have ever been too. Change-rooms are super clean and up to date. Fully equipped with a shower. From the moment you walk in, you feel like a part of the family. If you can't keep yourself motivated at the gym or your up for a new challenge. Come check it out. You'll get hooked after just one class.
