We offer training for Muay Thai, an ancient combat sport from Thailand and high energy workout sessions that are pumped with great music. Our downtown Toronto gym is equipped with Thai-style heavy bags, a squat rack, and a full flight of kettlebells for your training needs. For Muay Thai, we offer two types of classes - foundation and all levels Toronto Muay Thai classes. The Muay Thai Toronto foundation class is great for beginners, who either want to learn a new sport or focus on their fitness. Our Muay Thai all levels class is great for trainees with yellow shorts or higher who want to take up Muay Thai professionally and train for competition.
