Founded in 1981, Theatre opera Laval is a non-profit cultural organization whose mission is to promote the development of opera in Quebec. It aims to raise awareness of the repertoire of opera and operetta to a wider audience. To do this, the music is presented and sung in French and theater tickets are offered at very competitive prices. The theater also allows young singers (students, recent graduates or young professionals) to go on stage and participate in productions in art direction, musical and theatrical work. For some of them, these early experiences of the scene, which is a sort of "laboratory practice" in their studies, proved a turning point in launching their career in singing. Each year, a jury selected by qualified professionals Theatre presents one or more stock exchange (s) of study participants young soloists who have distinguished themselves in particular.

Elle confie qu’en dépit de toutes ses années d’expérience, s’asseoir devant une toile blanche lui fait toujours peur, mais petit à petit c’est la toile qui commence à parler d’elle même, ce n’est plus Eva, mais c’est elles deux, en synchronisation. Un coup de crayon, ou de pinceau et l’aventure commence pour les deux accolites. Parfois c’est simple, ça vient d’un coup, et d’autres fois c’est laborieux, c’est le défi de tout artiste contemporain de rester concentré et de croire en son art et ce, afin d’arriver à une œuvre qui reflète

The idea behind this innovative agency was inspired by a desire to change the status quo in the media and image field — a well-worn cliché, but one that would quickly take off. Born of a common enthusiasm for painting, fashion, graphic design and advertising, Colagene was founded in Montreal in 2001. Co-founders Brisson and Sillard, who are both passionate about design in all its forms, got off to an explosive start and steadily began to build their community of exceptional artists. Very early on, illustration became the main focus of their project — Colagene's visionary spirit breathed new life into the traditional market of image production, and the agency soon found its way into market niches. The response to their venture was overwhelming, and in 2003, the team started earning recognition for its work though various competitions and prestigious contracts.

Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Valeriya was raised and classically educated in fine arts. Her father, a talented, multidimensional artist, enrolled his daughter in a class at the Art Studio for Young Artists. Later, Valeriya graduated from an Art School. Then she received her training in product design and fine arts at Kiev State College of Art and Design. The artist had been participating at the local and regional exhibitions in Ukraine till her arrival to Canada.
