Basic Cell Description:
Mono-base system with approx. footprint of 9'x9' x 11' high (including smoke hood). The cell has two side by side welding/operator stations equipped with 24" x18" dual sided fixture plates (can be extended to 30" x 32").
Each fixture plate is mounted on a rotating shaft operated with a simple manual crank. Fixture plates are locked in place with pneumatically actuated pins. With the pin retracted, each fixture plate can be flipped a full 180 degrees and locked again. This allows for one weld fixture to be affixed to each side of the fixture plate thus virtually eliminating change over time.
As all control panels are accessed from the cell rear, the cell requires 1.0m clearance at the back.

- Motoman EA1400 or EA1900 welding robot, NX100 controller, mfd 2006, ~7500 run hrs
- Torch cable through center of horizontal arm
- Motoman EL350 pulse welder for minimum spatter, matching Motoman feeder, Tregaskiss 350A air cooled torch, collision sensor. Touch sensing capable.
- Omron PLC (CJIG - CPU43H) with HMI (Proface Model 3180021-04 (GP 2501-SCII)
- Cell safety enclosure with two side by side pneumatically actuated operator doors
- Amps & volt meter at the operator side allows for real time monitoring of weld parameters
- Common mounting base with mounting provisions, easy forklift access.
- Full cover smoke hood with 12" dia. connection port
