Our associated farmers follow a high standard of wholesome feeding and farm management practices assuring high-quality beef, every time. Grass-Fed All of these cattle spend two years grazing on grass and pasture, producing a top quality tender, tasty consistent piece of beef. In the summer the cattle graze on grass for roughly six months. Grass loses most of its nutrients by the middle of October so then the cattle come inside for the winter. Whether you choose a premium oven roast, strip loin grilling steak or stewing beef, you can be confident in great results. It takes time and effort to produce a consistently great tasting product. That effort has been made by all of our Ontario farmers in the production of our beef and we are sure that you will appreciate the results.
