At-Home Hospice (AHH) is a specialized nursing agency serving the Ottawa Valley. Our mission is to provide compassionate home-based health care to individuals and their families as they face end-of-life. With the growing awareness of the Hospice movement, patients and their families are choosing to stay at home. Health services that we provide incorporate the underlying principles and philosophy of Ottawa’s Community Palliative Care Program and they are the focus of our operation.
