Amazing service!

I had such an amazing experience ordering my dress with this store and felt that I should tell my story since it appears that only people with negative experiences seem to take the time to tell their story. I was immediately impressed with this store over other stores I had gone to looking for a dress. The staff were way more friendly and the dresses a lot nicer and cheaper than the same dress cost in other stores. After ordering my dress, they went out of their way to accommodate any changes and find answers to all my questions. Due to a personal matter I had to change my dress order and asked if they could instead order another dress from the designer that I saw online. They did that for me with no problems. I then had an earlier unexpected event that I needed the dress for and they made sure the dress came in earlier than originally expected. They still remained friendly and made sure I was happy, especially Lena. The dress came in and looked beautiful and the seamstress was wonderful and alterations were done very well and fast. I WOULD RECOMMEND this store if you want a great experience.

HORRIBLE

I ORDERED MY GIFTS THERE FOR MY ENGAGMENT ON MAY 31ST AND THEY STILL ARENT DONE YET THE ONLY REASON WHY IM GETTING THEM TODAY IS BECAUSE I HAD TO CALL ON TUESDAY TO COMPLAIN. WHO WANTS TO PICK UP GIFTS THE DAY BEFORE THEIR EVENT? AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM EVEN THO I ORDERED THE 22 GIFTS IN FEB AND NOW THEIR TELLING ME THEY WONT ACCOMMODATE ME FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! IM SO DISGUSTED IM JUST GONNA GET THE GIFTS BECAUSE I NEED THEM AND NEVER GO BACK PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DONT GO!

Ladies, please save yourselves some time, energy and money and aggravation! The people in the store are rude and unprofessional after getting a deposit from you! I ordered my wedding dress and then my daughter’s 1st Communion dress which I had to pick up a day before the celebrations. They do not listen and are arrogant… I went there a week ago and they told me they would call me on Monday; 2 Mondays have passed and still no call about my wedding dress. They were rude to my sister and asked why she was angry???? That’s because they do not follow with their promises and are unpleasant to deal with…. I hope they go out of business soon (VERY SOON) to save all future brides from crying…. TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE STORE: you guys disgust me!!!!!!

Horrible experience

For all you beautiful brides. Please do not go here if you don't want to cry before your wedding date because of they way you were treated shopping for the special day. I went in there with my mom 3 months before my wedding. My mom Chose 2 dresses from their Jovani catalog, but was not sure which one to purchase as they did not have a sample to try. The lady (Claudia) came up to us and said there is no problem and they will order both dresses for us so we can choose the one that we prefer. She was sooooo nice in the beginning. We Trusted her. She said it will come in within the next two weeks. now two months have passed. I kept calling. Every time i called she said next week. Then i found out they ordered the wrong dress. I was getting closer to the date. I lost it on her on the phone. She started talking to me in suchhh a rudeeee and horrible way. She said " you young girl have nothing to do but to call stores and yell? " . " you dont trust italians is that why?". If your wedding is in august then i will have it sometime in aug, even though she promised "within two weeks". I called again and again. She blamed me on how i " changed my order" which I DID NOT. Weeks passed. They finally said they have the dresses. I am only 3 weeks away from the big day. I sent my poor mom there as i work full time. She drove an hour to get there and guess What? They don't have the dresses even though i received the voicemail to go pick them up!!!!!! The sales person says to my mom " your daughter said she doesn't want the dress!!!!!!!!!! She kept putting words in my mouthhhhh!!!!!!!! I was at work at that moment and i lost it in front of my co workers. She made me embarrassed at work because i could not deal with her non sense anymore. I opened my mouth and yelled at her on the phone because of how mad i was. She kept hanging up on me and yelling at me. She did not want to give us the deposit back EVENThough she did not have the dress as she promised. I had to call the police station because of her. I was in panic mode and my poor mom was in shock. She asked my mom to have a sit outside her store. My poor mom had to sit there waiting for an hour. I kept calling her trying to at least get our deposit but she kept saying that i did not want that dress and she wont give us the money back. She ruined my happiest moments of my life and turned it into HELL. We did not get our deposit back and i want to do anything to get my words out there for other brides to stay away. Far far away from this store and their staff. Its a family owned boutique that has absolutely no, i mean NO customer service. NO respect, and NO sense of urgency. They simply just promise something and make a fool out of you.

My experience with this store was awful. They were rude, I don't think the dress was brand new. There were marks on it which they couldn't get off. The whole ordeal was so stressful, stay away!

wedding dress

I want to start by saying terrible service, I am very suprised that this company is still in business, The delays and lying from the beginning to the end starting with the owner to the sales staff. When i ordered my dress it was late i had them adjust the dress from the size right down to the length of the train, When the dress arrived it was too big and the train was shorter then the original dress it was such a task for them to understand they made a mistake, and for the size they said i lost weight sure in 3 months in 3 sizes dont think so ? the dress arrived a week before my wedding. to them it was okay . They dont care, for this day you would think they would care, I could go on but there is no words that i could express to you to say how bad they are there , Shop around dont waste your time with them bye good luck

I went to these ppl to get my bombonieries and they seemed so extremely nice. Once I placed my deposit they tried to sell me a wedding dress and told me if I can pay in full, if not put the deposit down. My dress was almost 3,000$$ and Omg would you believe I picked up my dress 2 days before my big day. For the entire year they were giving me excuses and the run around. At 1 point they couldn't even find my dress! My invoice said alterations included and they tried to scam me by saying this isn't part of the alterations. I understand customer service as I work in retail. If you can't keep up with the demand of high volume customers then get help and ppl who know what there doing. I'm very disgusted with this place and would never recommend them to anyone either. There nice at front to get your money then afterwards they do not care. When I think about it, the dress they were supposedly supposed to order, I don't even know if it's brand new now to think about it.

first born baptism

first off let me say sorry to all of you women that you had to go through all that stress and worry especially the brides.my story is similar i decided to go there to order my baby his baptism outfit along with his godmother everything seemed normal they were friendly until it was time for me to pickup the outfit i thought it was strange when then the day was approaching and recieved no phone call so i called them they told me to pick it up on friday which is 2 days before the big day i immediately panicked i was upset.my husband and i drove down 40km from where we live only to get there and they tell us it's not there to go back on saturday the day before baptism i just lost it i said i'm not coming back give me outfit now i ordered one month before it should have been there she told me come back because the supplier didn't shipp it to them so i went near by to anthor place ready to buy an other one.i told the women at this other store what happened and she and the others who worked there told me i feel sorry for you royalton is a bad bad place they bad things i also went to another store in same area they looked at eachother and said go get your money back your not going to give you the outfit so i went back to royalton after arguing with them causing a scene she conveniently had it ready out of the blue and i even call my mom and she said where did they get i think it was a sample.i regret going there and even buying baptism favors there that were over priced.i just had my second son baptism i went somewhere else i had no problems and stress free.warning do not go to royalton for anything they have a bad reputation they are polite and understanding before they have your money once you pay they don't care.

WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

First, off let me start by saying it took almost a year for these people to get my wedding dress in and when they got it they got it 2 sizes to small. I got a bigger size because I have a bigger chest but am small everywhere else, so when I got the dress because the bust wasnt the right size the boob portion was all bumpy and out of whack . We went at the beginning of March for my first alterations. And were told to come pick it up on May 14th. We drive up there (it takes us an hour to get there from where we live) and my dress was not there. We did not recieve a phone call or anything. They told us to come in the following Thursday with a promise that my dress will be there with all the alterations done and a phone call if anything changed and once again drove up there, and the dress was once again not there with no phone call telling us otherwise again. Both times we were told we had to understand that one seamstress was sick and another took of 2 weeks for her own sons wedding but they had 5 seamstresses in store sewing while they were telling us this AND the had the dress for 2 months!!They apologized again and said They say they will deliver it to us and reimburse us gas money by the following Monday(at the latest)! They called me that Saturday to come in on the Tuesday because they did not know if I wanted any of the train taken off!! I went in that Tuesday after harrassing them all day to make sure they had the dress. They sure did this time, but all that had been done to the dress was the halter was shortened and hooks put on the halter. A days work took over 2 months!! There were stains all over it and the bustle was not even put on yet!!! Because the bust was too small and was all bumpy they have to take the boning out of the dress which could ruin the structure altogether!! My wedding is in 2 weeks!!! C., the owner came in and told my mother she didn't appreciate the email she sent them with regards to their customer service!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!? My mother is the sweetest lady in the world and it takes A LOT for her to get angry and upset. They have also not reimbursed any of the money we were promised!! I am planning on asking for my money back and if I do not recieve it will be taking them to small claims court and trying to get a news story up on CP24's consumers report as they have been reported to the B... numerous times with to reprecussions and the reviews on this place are awful!! Please respond to this post if they have also s****** you over for the biggest day of your life and you would also like to get your story out so they are held accountable...... They should not be able to do this to anymore people!!!!!!

Horrible Service

I'm sorry to say but.. girls I'm warning you this boutique has beautiful dresses but the service from the Owner herself is HORRIBLE! She owns the business and is being so rude; by stating derogatory comments about me, giving us a run around for the picking up of the dress, stress of not knowing when i can pick it up, charging me extra for a "quicker" alteration (that didn't occur; since i only got it the night before after constantly arguing), no phone call returns, missing days of work and having to pay full amount before receiving my dress thus stopping me from getting a refund after not having my dress the day before my prom.

I just wanted to start of by saying that i purchased a dress and a year later, never got my dress. I am assuming that no company gives them the merchandise and they try to find excuses such as "lost the parcel'," the manufacture is closed to due holiday's". The honest truth is they can't get anything from there suppliers it has been said by a lot of the store in the area. WARNING: PLEASE DON'T GO TO ROYALTON.

Annoying

I find it so annoying when I walk into a store and all the sale Representative jump at you asking "can I help you" or "are you looking for a dress" I mean what else would I be looking for in the dress department. I have never been in a store where I have had every single rep asking me the same question. I just wanted to leave I didn't even feel like shopping or looking around anymore. Disgusting!!

Disappointed

I would like to start of by saying that I have never been so disappointed in my life, like i was when I walked into Royalton. I was being taken care of by a woman named c., she wanted me to try on this dress that did not look good on me at all, she kept telling me "i looked great" coming from a person that does not know how to dress herself I don't know who she is kidding. Not only that she also made me try on a dress behind a divider. Sunday Feb 5. I also had to walk over to a mirror in the middle of the store infront of so many other people. I felt so uncomfortable. I will never step foot in this store again. Thank you C.

I went to the Royalton Bridal shop to look at dresses. I was pushed to leave a deposit on a dress (wedding gown) so that the price would remain the same and that if I put the deposit down, and I didn't want it anymore, I would receive my money back by a salesperson by the name of C. This was not so, when I returned the next day and changed my mind. I asked for the deposit back and the story was completely different. There is no refund on the deposit. I was lied to and they were very rude especially the owner.

I would never ever purchase a dress from them again, purchased in January 2011 for a wedding for June 2011, they advised not to worry everything would be ok, yeah right! Never did see the dress or credit....
