This is possibly the worst managed clinic we have ever dealt with. They are sending preparation instructions for the wrong date. You call to confirm or cancel at this point, nobody picks up the phone. You leave voice mails to confirm the date of the appointment, nobody calls you back. It's an hour and a half drive one way for us, surely confirming the appointment date, when we are receiving reminders for the wrong date, isn't too much to ask from a health service provider... Awful way to run a service to the public.

Very little sedation was given . Please avoid this clinic.

I am retired medical doctor. I had my colonoscopy procedure on Jun 1, 2021. All stuffs at the Provis Rudd Clinic were nice. Clinic was clean. The colonoscopy procedure was painless, just a bit uncomfortable at times. Pierre at front desk. nurses Kathy, Mei, Patricia - anesthesiologist and completing with great Dr. Barron, the Colorectal Surgeon, I could not have received better service. All of them are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. S. Princip

All was very professional, and all staff were supportive and kind and considerate. I recommend this clinic for efficient and good service.

I heard do many bad stories about this place. My wife had a procedure few days back. Dr. Reimer was great. The nurse at the post-procedure room was extremely efficient. All stuffs were nice. Clinic was clean. Happy with the service.

In our many years of experience with hospitals and clinics, The Provis Endo, Colonoscopy Clinic has proven to be the ultimate best concerning friendliness, cleanliness and professionalism. From first meeting Gus , Mgr, at front desk to the Nurses and completing with Dr. Brar, the Surgeon , we could not have received better service. I am not an employee at Provis but have worked with the Fed gov,t for many a year. Thank you Dr. Brar and Staff, primarily on behalf of my wife Edith who received the treatment and myself Paul Brisson.
