I made an order they took the money and that’s all they did. 17 days later no shipping won’t answer emails I had to contact the bank to put trace on email so we can get account holder name to where the e transfer was deposited Only action now is court when the bank gives the owner of the accounts name 1120 dollars was taken and no product shipped. BE AWARE PEOPLE

I did a minor order a few months back and got it, and that was before they suddenly dipped. leaving countless furious. They say there back, and under new management, but I sent a inquiry a week ago by email. about how long their sale would be going on for, because of the bad rep right now, as i was waiting for some new reviews or just someone to reach out to me positively about them on a recent order or refund. but it's pretty dead. and inquired when their google reviews would be back. well I guess they responded somewhat because when checking the website, there is a new "Reviews" section which I swear wasn't there before. most or all of them are 5 or 4 star, around 266 or so. and they span around may to recent. and I am 100% convinced that at least half of them are fabricated or manipulated in some way. Which brings my already dwindling credibility of them down a lot more. you don't have 266 reviews pop out of nowhere, and mostly positive at that, you don't have 10 reviews a day without any break. this is basically an unknown website. there aren't even 50 reviews currently on the other review websites or any sort of media i could find.(not including the missing Google reviews) and they sure as hell didn't ask for a review when I bought some. also didn't get a reply to my inquiry, and it's still a week later. I wan't some Honest, recent reviews!

maybe i was too hard on them, i ended up making a big order and i did receive it. it seems like they are doing better. you can ignore my previous comments.

Native smokes 4 less, where are you? I’ve tried a bunch of times, just says server not found. Anybody know what’s up with these guys?

Don't send any money, I been ripped off big time, no refund, no product, just emails saying there's a warehouse problem,

They ripped me off for $300. Dirty scammers. Don't ever trust them.

I have no product nor refund. It has been one month now. I don't know why Natives 4 Less keep saying that I will receive my refund. Oh yes. Natives 4 Less have stressed me out. It appears that I am not the only one who got ripped off.

Sent a small order to test. Got my product no worries. Sent a large order next, no product, no refund, website gone. Dont send a penny to these cs's!

It seems that they are back, and under new management judging by their email they sent out, and are working on getting everyone settled. Any of them reach out about your previous orders? did they refund you? Rectify it at all?

BEWARE SCAM ALERT!!! They have stolen $122 from a senior & did not send product (July 2023). Check out their reviews! They are ripping off a lot of people.

I keep receiving emails that my e-transfer has not been sent. It has been sent and received. I put my order number in the message as requested. I have even been sent a final notice to send payment. I have emailed repeatedly but have not received a response, so as other people say, customer service is nonexistent. All I want is either my money back, or send my order.

I am having the same problem. I put in an order on may 31st and transferred the money and received the same final notices. I have been emailing them with no response

Behite - They claim my order has been shipped and I am supposed to receive it by June 13th. I will post if I get it.

Ordered May 12, and received 2 days of no payment received, even though I sent screen shots. Got that resolved. June 4, finally an email with tracking #. The tracking number was for an order that was delivered May 16 to somewhere in Alberta. Asked for new tracking info, no response. June 5 had an email, apology for the delay. Have asked for tracking info June 5 to today, no response, and still no order!

I'm pretty sure this is fraudulent. I've been waiting 6 weeks and only received multiple emails saying out of stock. I've asked them to substitute with anything. I don't receive any actual customer support. I needed them for a memorial.

I had the same issue as soon as I requested money back on my bank app they finally sent my order but I see the website is no longer active right now otherwise I use to get from them all the time with no issues

Keep getting emails that e-transfer wasn’t sent, but I sent it. Not sure if there are still issues on their end, but have emailed screenshots, and no response. Frustrated!

Same thing is happening to me and no one is replying to my emails. I sent screen shots too.

Same problem, saying payment not received but sent to the email address provided and autodeposited. Customer service is pretty well nonexistent, no response to emails.

I emailed the company, first, to see what other products they were able to get that weren’t listed on their website and they emailed me back, promptly, with all the information I needed. They were able to get the product I enquired about, but chose a cheaper option. I placed my order on Sunday and received my order on Wednesday! I was expecting a 2 week wait! The product was well packed and as described. Great customer service! Thanks!

Am wondering if Nativesmokes4lesd has shut down?? I placed an order 10 days ago.. got confirmation that they received my order but on hold till payment received—yet they still never took my payment to date- emailed twice and still no reply—— anyone know anything?!?

Did you follow the instructions to send the money using a different email? Some financial institutions send your money back! Also, once they accept your payment they send a receipt and you won’t hear anything back after that, just the shipment.

Did you follow the instructions given in the email you received? Some banking institutions will send your money back and not process the payments.

If your money wasn’t accepted you wouldn’t get an order! You should have received an email with specific instructions on what to do if your e-transfer doesn’t go through! The company is up and running!

They had a massive influx of orders in January and they had to go and upgrade their backend to a more automated system! If you need help email their support at orders@nativesmokes4less.com and they will sort it out right away! This is the information I received via email from them!
