CFX athletes possess a wide range of athletic capabilities, skills and programming needs. As coaches we want to be able to provide the best service possible to all our members. In an attempt to accommodate our membership, we have designed three distinct programs to make sure that you get the most effective training relative to your capabilities. We have a new athlete that comes through the door and is eager to get in shape, but has limited capabilities. If the athletes initial goal is to simply “get in shape”, performing heavy snatch singles for 30 minutes in his/her first session would likely be very frustrating. At this time it would be more productive and safe, for the athlete to focus on strength development and mastering the fundamental Crossfit movements.
