Hi Kiley, I am sorry you feel your time has been wasted. I also have copies of our correspondence . You responded to my estimate 4 months after I send it to you. In which you changed the dates. I responded 14 days later, saying I had penciled you in. 6 months after that you changed the date again. The longest duration I see in response was this summer, during busy wedding season. You did not try to call, or come by, despite living down the road. You have not paid a deposit to secure the dates. You have changed the wedding date on three occasions, this is time consuming. It is also time consuming creating a special menu, to fit within your tight budget. The dish rentals were never included in the original quote , they were an additional 3.80 per person. I understand that you are not happy with the price increase since the original estimate in 2021. Unfortunately you may have noticed that the price of groceries , paper products, gas , wages etc., have gone up considerably. Catering companies have not been spared this travesty. The price increase reflects these changes. The increase on your estimate, was on the meal only, not on any of the services. I am a small family business trying to recover from covid. The fact that you are willing to hurt my company and family with the threats of slandering us on all social media and wedding sites to defame us, just reiterates that you are a client I would prefer not to have.
