Long time lurker, first time poster here. I cannot say anything but wow. I went into the store yesterday evening and a homeless man followed me inside. Usually, when I go to stores and people come in that smell very bad or appear to be homeless, they are treated badly. But the Owner's son, Raj, was very polite to the homeless man! He even offered him some cologne to test! The homeless man was so happy that he bought 4 Adidas colognes and a laundry/shopping cart. I have to admit...even I was a little on edge at first because the homeless man's odor was very strong..but I am happy to see business's that really care about people and not just money. When I asked Raj why he didn't ask the homeless man to leave right away, Raj said : In our culture, we are taught that all customers are god...without them, we cannot survive....and that is why we have a customer first policy". I was so happy with that answer that I decided to tell me friends about this place and decided to post online as well! I hope you all go to Perfumes and Bags Outlet and say hello to Raj or his parents (Dennis and Mary)! Great prices, great service, great products, and great people! Sasha K
