Today, Hi-Line houses a diverse line of high quality threaded, Slip-On and butt weld aluminum pipe fittings in numerous stocked sizes and styles, including 150 Lb Aluminum Flanges, Couplings, Butt Weld Elbows and custom length threaded pipe nipples to name a few.
At Hi-Line we offer an extensive fittings inventory of butt weld and threaded pipe fittings ranging from 1/8" to 10" in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 - This includes.. Elbows (long & short radius) Tees, Caps, Couplings, Reducers, Flanges, Nipples, Bushings, Unions, Tank Flanges, Plugs, King Nipples, Combination Nipples, 90 degree reducing king elbows, Half Couplings, tank bungs, tanks bosses, Custom Length Nipples, custom fittings and custom fabrication.
We now offer two options for aluminum butt weld fittings. The standard Certified fittings that come with Mtr's and a brand new option that are classified as Unrated butt weld fittings. The Unrated version doesn't carry the certification so Mtr's will not be provided. Unrated fittings run approximately 50% less in cost to our customers when compared to the same fitting that is certified. Its a huge savings for our customers.
