Floyd Monkman Floyd started the company in May of 1996 and has worked hard to maintain a solid reputation for exceptional work and great service with competitive prices. He is a Certified Small Engine Mechanic through Red River Community College and has taken many small engine courses so that he can serve his customers better. Floyd’s main goal is to be sure his customers are happy with the service that they receive, so that they WANT to tell other people how good the service is. Gerry Fenske Gerry has been a partner in the company as of 2007, and is a Certified Small Engine Mechanic and has 30 years of experience in small engine repairs. He has previously worked for Floyd’s for 10 years. Prior to that he worked at Yetman’s for 11 years, where he started there as a mechanic and worked his way up to Service Manager. He started his career at Main Outboard, where he worked for 6 years doing repairs on small engines & outboard motors. He has also taken many courses maintain a current certification, No problem is too big or small for Gerry to fix.
