I have over 25 years' experience as a counsellor, educator, and artist. I hold a deep belief in the creative arts as a vehicle for healing and well-being. All my services: counselling, workshops or classes are person-centred, non-judgemental, choice focused and trauma informed. As a Metis woman and artist, I have a deep regard for the culture, well-being and creative practices of my Metis relations as well as those of other Indigenous people. My services address healing of mind, body, spirit and emotion to anyone who is seeking to live with balance, creativity and spirit. I believe that when we live mindfully, creatively and explore our potential more fully; we will not just survive, but will thrive. This has been my experience of following a healing path. I wish that for you too.

Shannon believes that at the core of all of us is the desire to be healthy, happy and have success in our life and career pursuits. Through personal need in her own life to overcome health issues, unhappiness and the feelings of failure, she has made it her mission to help people uncover, understand and fully resolve the inner self sabotaging factors that create struggle and strife in our lives. The first step to resolving any issue is to become aware of what is creating it and the first step to achieving any goal is to understand what internal resistance is hidden between where you are and where you desire to be. What sets her apart from the crowd is how she works with clients. The DIG and DASH Methods are designed to help people fully overcome and resolve any physical, mental, emotional or spiritual issue they are struggling with as quickly as possible and with long term, lasting results. No band aids, no coping, no managing the issues. Fully overcoming issues and fully achieving goals starting internally first is what sets DIG and DASH apart from the rest. Shannon has taken a multitude of innovative and progressive courses and training and has combined this information with the wisdom she has gained through her own life experiences and she has learned invaluable insights and understandings from all of them. If you are ready to overcome the struggle and strife cycle and if you are ready to achieve your health, personal and career goals and dreams, then you owe it to yourself to clear out your inner blockages and sabotaging thoughts and patterns FIRST.
