Yukon Association for Community Living provide advocacy, public awareness and education, and a variety of programs that broadly support the inclusion of people with disabilities. For the general public and other agencies, we act as a resource hub providing referrals, and access to a comprehensive resource library. We also deliver specific programming such as workshops and conferences on various disability issues, public education on guardianship, RDSP, and PLAN, social programs like the Just For Fun Monthly Dance, a Family Summer Recreation program, Peer Mentor Youth group. Now in 2015 we have added employment services including job coaching, employer matching, and a youth transition-to-work program.
