Caithkin’s approach is rooted in the fundamental belief that a child's well-being is an integral part of a family's well-being, consequently, we focus on the well-being of the entire family. Caithkin’s foster families are organized in a non-dysfunctional fashion that melds structure and stability with the flexibility required to meet the needs of each individual family. A clinical worker is assigned to each family to support the foster parents and we provide 24/7 support to foster parents.
