Transfigure continues to work with a diverse group of clients but my areas of specialization can be narrowed down to three: 1.Strength Training 2. Weight Loss Coaching 3. Personal training for Older Adults Transfigure; the word and the business is synonymous with transformation and personal change. Simply put, I aim to help get you the body you want, the mindset you need and the life you deserve. Many of my clients are over 50 years of age and come to us with the goal of managing their weight and developing an exercise program that is safe, effective and personalized. I offer 60 minute personal training sessions with a complimentary consult and assessment for new clients.
