We operate on an initial first hour minimum and after that where necessary on a half hourly basis, with for people working within our local coverage. We deal with requests outside our coverage area on a call-by-call basis. Our rates have no hidden extras, you have the choice to pay as you go or sign up to one of our Home Office or Business support contracts.
