Pender Autobody is locally owned and operated by Tai Van Lam and his family. Tai has been in the business for over 30 years and made his first start in the business working on motorbikes during his service in the army in Vietnam during the 1970’s. He immigrated to Canada after the war in 1980 and found an opportunity to work within the industry as an auto detailer. His passion for auto refinishing and his strive for perfection quickly surfaced and he moved easily into the role of Head Painter. Becoming the owner/operator of Pender Autobody almost 15 years ago has allowed him to fulfill his commitment to quality craftsmanship. Tai attributes the successes of Pender Auto Body to hard work, meticulous attention to detail, great customer service and integrity. The same attributes that is evident in each and every member of the Pender Autobody Team.
