My goal is to provide a deeply calming and relaxing holistic treatment while effectively resolving muscle and nerve pain, correcting body alignment problems and encouraging body awareness. In my practice I learn about your history, your habits and how you hold tension in your body -both emotionally and physically. I thoroughly treat layers of tension, scar tissue and related emotional stress and over time I am able to help you reveal the underlying cause of your current issues and aid in your recovery. The technique I use is a combination of Shiatsu Acupressure Massage, Visceral Manipulation and CranioSacral Therapy. My private studio is located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Hastings Sunrise, just east of Commercial Drive, a quiet oasis away from traffic and congested streets.
