Big Country Primary Care Network is currently accepting applications for full time and/or part time RNs to be located in the Drumheller Medical Clinic. Applicant should be interested in working in a healthcare environment that allows you to impact patient care at the primary care level. The Primary Care Nurse will play a key role in the provision of services for patients in the family physician clinic. Practicing in a generalist role you will provide primary nursing care to the population of patients seen by the general practitioner. Areas of practice will include; chronic disease management, prevention and health promotion, some complex care management, and navigation to appropriate resources. If you have experience in some of these areas, we will provide additional education based on your learning needs and organizational requirements.
