Our Work The Foundation fulfils its educational mandate through conferences, seminars and a wide range of publications. Toronto Arts Council (TAC) is the City of Toronto's funding body for artists and arts organizations. The Ontario Clean Air Alliance (OCAA), established in 1997, is a coalition of individuals and approximately 90 organizations (health and environmental organizations, faith communities, municipalities, utilities, unions and corporations) that represent over six million Ontarians. The phase out of coal power eliminated Ontario’s largest single source of greenhouse gas emissions, and smog builders like sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides.
