We began modestly in a small storefront of 400 square feet, primarily manufacturing products for the mobile catering truck industry. Significant expansions throughout our history enabled the company to successfully produce pastry lines for retail grocers as well as the food service industry Today our modern 50, 000 square foot facility has the capacity to produce a number of pastry lines, packaged fresh or frozen.
