With over a decade of successful PHSR experience, Wintek Engineering understands what it takes to make businesses compliant with the government's strict regulations. Pre-start Health and Safety Reviews were made mandatory for all businesses as of October 2000. PHSRs must be completed for any new or used process or equipment that has been installed or modified in a new or existing workplace. Many companies are unknowingly violating these regulations and are at risk of major fines.

Since 1907, when Klaus started a wheelright’s shop, intelligent technical solutions have been the cornerstone of the company. By the 1960s, Klaus had become a true pioneer in technical history. The Klaus-Bremsluft-Schnellkipper, an air brake quick tipper, was invented. Other work focused on innovative carousel constructions for amusement parks, and producing built-on excavators and loading cranes. The first Klaus car parking systems entered the market in 1964. In 1972, the production is extended to three different series. By 1973, the company has become one of the leading manufacturers of car parking systems world-wide, and moves into new premises in Aitrach (near Memmingen, southern Germany), In 1975, the first licences are granted for the production of car parking systems. By 1980, Klaus is internationally renowned for innovation and technical progress in all its business lines. In 1985, the company again expanded its product line. More car parking systems with horizontal parking spaces are introduced, and the systems are constantly adjusted to fit new vehicle dimensions. In 1988, Klaus introduced the new space-saving “Parking Automat” system. In 1993, the fully automatic car parking system is introduced, which stores the vehicles via computer-controlled operating elements allowing additional lanes and maneuvering areas. Klaus continues R&D today, providing its customers with the newest and most advanced technical solutions. Klaus car parking systems stand for the most important principles of our time: state-of-the-art know-how, innovative technology, and individualized solutions.

Our process gives clients the opportunity and guidance needed to think deeply and to communicate what they want. It helps clients avoid the fear that their architect won’t listen to them, leaving them a home or office that they don’t absolutely love, or worse, that doesn’t work for their needs or is over budget. Being conscious of time and budget is important to us because it can ensure the success of your project. Budgets are taken seriously and the size and cost of the building or interior is monitored from the very first sketches. We also provide clients with regular updates. Brian Lee and Marilyn Lake.

A third of the 2, 950 people at Dyson are engineers or scientists. We started with vacuum cleaners, but we also develop hand dryers, fans and motors – all of which solve a problem long-forgotten (or long-ignored) by other manufacturers. But this is only the start. Now we're searching for the next generation to work on developing future Dyson technologies. People with bright ideas and a healthy dose of frustration. Our chosen charity. It encourages young people to think differently, get their hands dirty and realise their engineering potential. Dyson engineers and scientists spend time in schools and colleges, setting fun, engineering problems – spurring the next generation of inventors into action.

The Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer has a history dating back to 1922, when seven past-presidents of the Engineering Institute of Canada attended a meeting in Montreal with other engineers. One of the speakers was civil engineer Professor Haultain of the University of Toronto. He felt that an organization was needed to bind all members of the engineering profession in Canada more closely together. He also felt that an obligation or statement of ethics to which a young graduate in engineering could subscribe should be developed. The seven past-presidents of the Engineering Institute of Canada were very receptive to this idea.

We exist to make fast wisdom and fast mobilization a mainstream capability and expectation. # Enough with consultants racking up billable hours on challenges that defy conventional approaches. Enough with solutions that overlook implementation. Enough with workshops that squander the potential of a group and deliver cookie-cutter recommendations. Enough with traditional approaches to planning and problem solving that do nothing to advance buy-in and alignment. Enough with thinking complex challenges necessarily take a long time to solve. There is a powerful alternative to relying exclusively on the talents of task forces, facilitators and management consultants. And that is because Syntegrity has solved a very big, until recently, insurmountable problem: often times, you have to focus many people on a problem. But large groups do not work well together. They do not work fast together. They do not live up to their combined potential. They do not produce something that’s greater than the sum of their parts. Syntegrity has broken the limits of large group interaction. We have the only proven process for getting large groups to co-create high quality solutions in an efficient, systematic manner. We have a dramatically faster way for you to solve your important challenges and mobilize people.
