Marc Tournayre has extensive experience, over twenty five years, in retail food and service industry in Canada and in France. In France he owned high-end restaurant, Tournayre, in partnership with brother, Eric Tournayre, for eleven years where he worked as Chef and Dessert Chef. In the past ten years in Canada, Marc worked as Pastry Chef in various restaurants then went on to open his own French pastry shop, Tournayre Patisserie, in the Beaches area of Toronto.
